Impossible itself says I’M Possible!

Life is a journey filled with tons of obstacles. These obstacles come as stones in our lives in form of people, pain, troubles, failure and rejection. The human mind is capable of extraordinary things. We can imagine and picture things that exist solely in our heads. We can solve complex problems. Most impressively, our minds are capable of turning a thought into an action and into a result in the physical world.
The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can’t do this. It’s too hard. It’s too impossible. No one can do this.
However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble, bee no one has told it so. So fly it does.
Our mind, an intangible thing, is capable of influencing, changing and creating in the physical world. The limits on our minds are actually limits on our imaginations — limits that we install ourselves. We are the ones holding ourselves back by believing in false truths. “Only one thing is impossible for God: To find any sense in any copyright law on the planet.” Mark Twain.
Human beings love to think they know things. The truth is that very few concrete facts exist. Scientific findings are almost always breaking and invalidated theories. Most often, when we believe something to be true, we simply don’t know it not to be true. Things that have been believed to be true for centuries are re-examined and redefined over the years — most interestingly, the view that humans have on their own limitations. We have a nasty tendency to believe that because something has never been done, it can’t possibly be done. If that were true, there would be no need for the word “innovation” in our vocabulary — it wouldn’t be possible to innovate. ” Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. ” George Bernard Shaw.

All that it takes to make the impossible possible is change. We live in a society that sets certain standards or trends for its people to adhere to, regardless of whether or not we realize or acknowledge that fact. Society sets the standard for what is and is not acceptable, what should and should not be done, and what can or cannot be done.
Society — each person — influences the remainder of the group in some way, shape or form, even if only to reinforce generally accepted beliefs. The societies or groups that we live in, the style and quality of life that we are exposed to and, most importantly, the beliefs of those in closest proximity to us, affect each of us, as well as our beliefs, profoundly. In a way, we only see the world that we create ourselves and are only limited by the limits we believe we have.He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”
“My message, especially to young people is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed. These are great qualities that they must work towards. This is my message to the young people.” A P J Abdul Kalam.
If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream. As said by Napoleon – ” impossible is a word found in the dictionary of fools.”
Once during a war, Adolf Hitler’s army was surrounded by the enemies, his lieutenant came and said ” Sir, we are surrounded by enemies from all the four sides,” to which he smiled and said “Great! We can attack in any direction we want to.” Because impossible was a word which never came across his mind making him one of the great leader of all times.
If you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.
Just because it hasn’t been done by anyone you know, or anyone ever, doesn’t mean that it can’t be or won’t be done. Would you rather be the one to break the barriers and lead the way for others, or the one of the ones waiting for a saviour? So,dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.
