Let Emotions Be Your Building Blocks, Make Your Foundation Stronger

Nikolai Gogoi states that- ‘As you pass from the tender years of youth into harsh and embittered manhood, make sure you take with you on your journey all the human emotions! Don’t leave them on the road, for you will not pick them up afterwards!’

The word ‘Strong’ has so many different meanings and it varies for person to person. You can be someone who wants to be strong physically or strong in the mental sense. The thing to choose is in what manner you want to get stronger. In both the aspects we want to get stronger or in one of them. There are also times when we tend to perceive some person to be strong but in reality they are just hiding behind a mask of faults and dangerous intentions. Of course, as humans we do not tend to know what others are going through and what struggles we might be facing in the future. So it is better not to dwell in the past and not think of the future but to focus on the strong points of our own.

There are times when you might feel quite low…..there may be times when you would be in deep anxiety and depression would always be right there making you lose confidence in your abilities and this might lead to certain serious consequences towards your health and mental stability. Remember that you make life what it is. You should be someone who watches the positive side of the things and know that life should be a glass either half-full or totally occupied but never let it be empty. Making life like this would make you happy and enjoy each and every moment of it. If you tend to be negative in every aspect and think life as a piece of junk then you would just be stuck in that deep hollow earthen region of your inside and always think that you are nothing and you do not have the dire abilities to achieve anything in life.

Samuel Johnson aptly remarks- ‘There are minds so impatient of inferiority that their gratitude is a species of revenge, and they return benefits, not because recompense is a pleasure, but because obligation is a pain.’

You always need to be thankful for the things that you have in your life. No one out there has a perfect life. The emotion of Gratitude provides you the strength to go to the extreme to be thankful to the almighty for providing you a house to live and for the friends, family and loved ones around. No matter in how much trouble you are, always being positive and try to look to the lovable side of life. If there is negativity then there is positivity….if there is a disease then there is a cure….if there is a villain then there is a Hero….and if there is hatred then there is love too…. It all depends upon the way you look at life and the way you tend to believe in yourself and the way you create your strength through your emotions.

Emotional happiness makes out to be a strong aspect of success. Be happy for the family you have…for the great friends you have….for the loving partner you have…for the support that you get from others….and for the home that you live in….for the food that you eat and for everything that life has given you…. Whether it is the great happy experiences or the traumatic ones…each help you to learn something and make you into a stronger human being. It is only through learning all these things that you are able to live life through its extreme and remain stable even during the hard times. Always be happy for the things that you have in life. There are people in this world that do not even get two square meals to eat during the day…be generous, be grateful…have the sense of gratitude inside of you. Make your emotions stronger and love the things around you. The happier you are then the stronger your emotions become and they tend to be the strength behind you for your work and the success you get from it.

As humans, all of has some fear in us…there are things that tend to make us feel insecure and this makes us doubt our abilities too. It is only through emotionally stabilizing ourselves and understanding the thing that there is strength behind our emotions and we can use it to make ourselves stronger and polish our abilities to the best of it…we can become undefeatable and invincible. You will be stronger and also people will look up at you as someone who is strong and knows what he wants from his life. Using the strength behind Emotions is one of the toughest things to do but having self-awareness and the belief in your strong aspects would definitely help you in every walk of life. They would prepare you to overcome any adversity or panic situation and you can get out of these easily by your own help rather than of others.
