Spiritual Awakening through Meditation

Spiritual Awakening is the awakening of our inner soul. It unfolds the layers of our desires, motivation and thoughts. As said wisely by Owen Feltham – “Meditation is the soul’s perspective glass”. Meditation is a way of breaking up our thoughts in complete consciousness. Meditation is a way of getting rid of our illusions, knowing our deepest self and gaining spiritual awareness so that our mind is free from misconceptions.

  5. Repeat step 3 for 15 minutes if you’re new. Thirty minutes is better.

Chanting can be very helpful in keeping our mind out of any kind of disturbances. It provides psychological and physiological benefits. It should be done regularly and it can be done anywhere and anytime, so why delay in our spiritual awakening process.

In today’s world, where most of the people are running after materialistic life should take a little pause and try to realize whether materialistic achievements are giving them inner peace or they are struggling with depression and incompleteness of soul.
